The IT Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials to educate employees or clients on various aspects of information technology. This role involves assessing training needs, creating curriculum, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess training needs by consulting with management, conducting surveys, and analyzing performance data.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Design curriculum and training programs tailored to the needs of different user groups or departments.
- Deliver training sessions in-person or through virtual platforms.
- Provide one-on-one coaching or support to individuals who require additional assistance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Update training materials and curriculum as needed to reflect changes in technology or business processes.
- Stay informed about new technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT field.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or software by providing training and support to end-users.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an IT trainer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Proficiency in using training tools and software platforms.
- Experience with instructional design principles and curriculum development.
- Certifications such as CompTIA CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) or similar are a plus.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
