Modules You’ll Deliver Dashboards, Reporting & Analytics - Navigate dashboards - Customize dashboards fast - Track status in real time - Build progress reports - Monitor team KPIs - Build insights using BI tools - Add AI-driven insights Templates, Projects & Workflow Design - Organize project views - Launch with templates - Create project launch templates - Design simple workflows - Plan project basics - Structure tasks logically - Link cross-functional projects - Plan resources and timelines - Build clear task structures - Set measurable goals - Align goals with OKRs Task Management & Team Collaboration - Manage deadlines effectively - Communicate clearly within tasks - Improve cross-team collaboration - Set up feedback loops Workspace Security & Access - Set correct permissions - Secure shared workspaces - Manage access rights - Strengthen workspace security Automation & AI - Automate stakeholder updates - Automate feedback collection - Set up rule-based automations - Generate AI-powered summaries Data Quality & Bulk Operations - Perform bulk edits - Enforce data quality standards Key Responsibilities Deliver expert-led workflow and productivity training sessions Create templates, dashboards, and automation use cases Improve team processes and simplify complex operations Collaborate with L&D to enhance curriculum and adoption Ideal Candidate - Strong experience in workflow design, automation, PMO, or operations - Knowledge of BI tools, reporting, and analytics - Strong communication and training capabilities - Prior experience creating structured workflows or systems Engagement Details - Type: Part-Time / Contract - Mode: Remote - Domain: Workflow Optimization, Automation, Productivity, BI Reporting.
