We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Director to lead our supply chain improvement projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations, with expertise in planning, execution, and optimization. They will be responsible for driving process improvements, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.">
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.">
  • Provide guidance and support to supply team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new tools and technology that enhance supply chain processes.">
  • Support the lifecycle management team in developing a comprehensive spare parts catalogue and associated maintenance processes.">
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on supply chain activities, including metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).">

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.">
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and motivate team members to achieve goals.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Solid experience with ERP software and systems.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Foreign Trade, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.">
