About Our Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the e-commerce supply chain, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Supply Chain Management
    • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for online sales channels (B2C, B2B, marketplaces, and D2C).
    • Coordinate with 3PL partners, logistics vendors, and internal teams for timely replenishment.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Operations
    • Monitor stock levels across warehouses and e-commerce platforms.
    • Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and drive cost optimization without compromising service quality.
  • Vendor & Logistics Coordination
    • Build and manage relationships with courier, logistics, and warehousing partners.
    • Implement automation tools, ERP, and dashboards for real-time visibility into supply chain operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with pharma supply chain norms including cold chain management, product traceability, and record-keeping.
    • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with accurate demand forecasting.
  • Process Excellence & Technology
    • Leverage SAP S/4 HANA for inventory, procurement, order management, and reporting.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to align supply chain with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance supply chain efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
