Job Title: Global Operations DirectorWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations of our outbound tour company, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years+ experience in a senior operations role within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
