Mandatory Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in design and development for ServiceNow Platform.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
  • Experience in transitioning technology from localized to centralized service organizations.
  • ITSM functions and modules within ServiceNow expertise.
  • RESTful Web Service and APIs understanding.
  • IT and Security management best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards).
  • Workflow development and service technology teams supporting experience.
  • JavaScript and GlideRecord development experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • ITIL Foundations Certification.
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification(s).
