As a ServiceNow ITSM specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing business and technical requirements to develop solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

This role involves strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for tackling complex data-centric challenges. You will work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements through demonstrations and workshops, and coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver configurations on agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, testing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow modules, with a focus on all ITSM-related components.
  • Capturing requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts through workshops and demonstrations.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for development of user stories, configurations, and delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Developing custom software solutions as required, utilizing scripting and software development skills.
  • Managing day-to-day tasks.
  • Providing assessments and workshops to maximize business results from the ServiceNow software.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and custom app development, with a strong understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and integration with third-party applications and data sources.

Additionally, you will have hands-on developer experience in scoped application design, workflow, and flow designer, as well as expertise in configuring UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, client scripts, business rules, inbound actions, and macros.

Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-ITSM, CSA, CAD, or ITIL v4 certified status.
