Telecom Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Order Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.

About the Role:

  • Develop comprehensive order management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments.
  • Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes.
  • Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practices.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.
  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
  • Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment.
  • Ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
  • Experience in working in Agile/DevOps environments.
