Experienced ServiceNow Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow professional to lead our training programs. As a seasoned expert in ServiceNow development, administration, and solutioning, you will be responsible for preparing candidates for interviews through structured training programs, real-time scenarios, and mock sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interview training sessions on major ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, and Customer Service Management.
  • Provide module-wise interview question preparation from basic to advanced levels.
  • Conduct mock interviews simulating real-world interview panels.
  • Guide candidates on resume preparation, certifications, and career path.
  • Deliver scenario-based problem solving and whiteboard practice.
  • Prepare training materials and case studies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of real-world implementations, scripting, and integrations.
  • Experience in facing and conducting ServiceNow interviews at mid/senior/architect levels.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred.
