Job Title: ServiceNow Professional

As a skilled ServiceNow expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance business process automation and improvement in IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), and IT asset management (ITAM) application scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements in ITSM, ITAM (Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM)), and ITOM.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to support implementation.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accuracy, health, and integration with discovery tools.
  • Supporting integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Providing technical expertise in incident, problem, change, request, asset, and operations management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements for scalability and efficiency.
  • Documenting technical solutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Staying current with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • Minimum one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in any of the scopes i.e. ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM.
  • Three to six+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations.
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
