We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our organization.

 

Job Description:

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow to meet client requirements, streamlining business processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Develop insightful reports to set up processes and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow, specifically with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
