ServiceNow Solutions Developer

A leading technology company seeks a skilled ServiceNow developer to design and implement solutions that enhance the platform's functionality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • ">Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • ">Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • ">Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • ">Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • ">Leverage domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies to enhance the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • ">Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • ">Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • ">Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
