Senior Talent Management Professional

As a key partner to business leadership, you will drive strategic human resource initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

With a focus on organizational development and employee-centric culture, the HR function plays a critical role in supporting business priorities and growth. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to drive focus and progress on critical human resource metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams and implement best practices in people management.
  • Partner with leaders to identify critical roles and key talent, and develop strategies to staff these roles with high-performing individuals.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent that aligns with business needs and values.
  • Provide oversight and expertise to manage employee relations, including labor and employment concerns.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support major organizational transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage HR-related risks, such as data privacy, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
