Identity Management Expert Sought

We are looking for a skilled Identity Management Expert to join our team. As an Identity Management Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions that meet the organization's specific needs and security requirements;
  • Integrate new applications into the SailPoint platform and define access policies;
  • Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and other identity lifecycle management processes to improve efficiency;
  • Define and enforce access control policies based on role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principle, and segregation of duties (SoD);
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify potential security risks;
  • Integrate SailPoint with other enterprise systems to ensure smooth data exchange and workflow;

Requirements:

  • IAM Principles and Technologies: A strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies is required;
  • Programming Languages: Experience with programming languages like Java can be beneficial, especially when integrating with other systems;
  • Security Knowledge: Knowledge of security policies, standards, and procedures is essential;
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams are necessary;
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues are required;
  • SailPoint Certifications: SailPoint certifications, such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, are preferred;
  • Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g. Okta): Experience with other IAM platforms can be a plus;
