Job Title: Senior IAM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, integrating, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to ensure enterprise-wide identity governance and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, Development, and Deployment: Lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across the enterprise.
  • User Provisioning and De-Provisioning: Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, business stakeholders) to define IAM requirements and translate them into IIQ solutions.
  • Integration and Implementation: Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications (Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS applications, HR systems like Workday/Oracle HCM).
  • Lifecycle Management and RBAC: Implement Lifecycle Management (LCM), Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 3–5 years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise.
  • Technical Skills: Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST APIs); experience in configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ modules (Provisioning, Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, Identity Warehouse); knowledge of IAM standards & protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently and lead projects; mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
