Identity and Access Management Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. As an IAM engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our company's systems and data.

  • Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management initiatives to ensure authorized users have the right access to company systems, data, and applications.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain a secure and efficient system environment.
  • Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents and work with the Regional IAM Team to resolve them promptly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training materials related to identity and access management to enhance the skills of our IT team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends in IAM to ensure we remain competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement remediation measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years of experience in defining and implementing IAM strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation.
  • Experience with IAM tools, such as CyberArk, OIM, IGA, AD etc.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts like firewalls, VPNs, and DNS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to IAM.
