  • Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in product/business analysis.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience with C#, .NET, and Microsoft technologies.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM-related projects.- Hands-on experience with PKI, certificate management tools (e.g., Venafi).- Familiarity with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and associated modules.- Expertise in Active Directory (On-Prem & Azure AD), Entra ID, MFA, federation, and conditional access policies.- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication, and access control principles.- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities.- Experience with business process modeling tools.- SQL and data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
