Job Title: Senior IAM Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer to join our Global Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IAM solutions with a focus on Okta.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing IAM solutions using Okta, Active Directory, and other identity providers. You will also be responsible for managing SSO integration and federation for global business-critical applications, developing custom workflows, hooks, and API integrations within Okta, and enabling and supporting passwordless authentication, identity threat detection, and zero-trust access policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta, Active Directory, and other identity providers.
  2. Manage SSO integration and federation for global business-critical applications.
  3. Develop custom workflows, hooks, and API integrations within Okta.
  4. Enable and support passwordless authentication, identity threat detection, and zero-trust access policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of IAM engineering experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Okta.
  • An Okta Certified Administrator certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with Okta IGA, Workflows, FastPass, and user lifecycle automation.
  • Strong scripting skills using Python or PowerShell for IAM automation.
  • Proven ability to work with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and SIEM integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with PAM tools such as BeyondTrust or Delinea.
