Operations Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth provisioning and de-provisioning of access across various authentication and governance platforms. This involves troubleshooting routine problems, such as issues with Source connectivity, aggregation, and password changes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that terminated users' access is removed according to corporate access management standards. Additionally, you will work closely with application and business unit teams to define and configure roles for Role-based access control.

Gathering and normalizing data for quarterly access review procedures is another key aspect of this role. You will ensure that user access is reviewed and approved by management, and participate in audit support activities for both internal and external audits.

To excel in this position, you should have extensive knowledge of IAM and general Information Security best practices. Experience with IGA solutions, specifically SailPoint IdentityNow, is highly desirable. A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting and administering SailPoint IdentityNow is required.
