Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Specialist to join our growing cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IAM tools, access governance, authentication protocols, and identity lifecycle management. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise IAM solutions, ensuring secure user access and compliance.

- Manage user identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

- Integrate IAM systems with applications, directories, and databases using standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.

- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege principles across systems.

- Conduct periodic access reviews, certifications, and audits in line with internal and external compliance requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues such as login failures, access discrepancies, and synchronization errors.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, HR, and application teams to streamline IAM processes.

- Maintain and support IAM tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or Microsoft Azure AD.

- Document policies, procedures, and workflows related to identity and access management.

- Stay updated with latest trends, threats, and IAM best Skills & Qualifications :


- 36 years of proven experience as an IAM Specialist, IAM Engineer, or similar role.

- Solid understanding of identity governance, authentication, SSO, MFA, and access control models.

- Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, ForgeRock, or CyberArk.

- Knowledge of IAM-related protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, Kerberos).

- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation of IAM tasks.

- Experience with cloud IAM and federated identity management in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Relevant certifications preferred : CISSP, CIAM, CISA, Azure Security, Okta Certified Professional, etc.


Good to Have :


- Experience in regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).

- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD IAM integrations.

- Knowledge of PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions.
