Our company is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to design and implement scalable IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design strong architecture for IAM microservices using Java/Spring Boot
  • Develop deep expertise in identity standards and protocols: SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0
  • Prove ability to design high-performance APIs for IAM services
  • Configure and manage SSO, SLO, and federation across enterprise systems
  • Understand security standards and RFCs governing IAM and authorization practices
  • Integrate with Microsoft Entra, Auth0, Okta, and other enterprise IAM solutions
  • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), and multi-tenant access models
  • Familiarize with cloud IAM patterns within AWS and Azure

We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in IAM architecture and design. Proven track record of leading IAM solution delivery in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to evaluate new IAM technologies and align them with our strategy.
