We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Security Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on security and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Monitor IAM environments for security compliance and performance metrics, configure identity proofing workflows for secure remote onboarding, and ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational policies.

Requirements:

~7+ years of experience in IAM engineering, with 3+ years specializing in Okta. Experience with Okta IGA, Workflows, FastPass, and user lifecycle automation. Strong scripting skills using Python or PowerShell for IAM automation.
