Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to implement and manage IAM solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and deploy identity governance and compliance solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Onboard applications using out-of-the-box connectors (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle DB).
  • Experience with REST APIs, SCIM, and just-in-time provisioning for real-time identity orchestration.
  • Hands-on scripting using Groovy, JavaScript, and SQL within the IAM solution.
  • Knowledge of risk-based access, segregation of duties policies, and compliance campaigns.
  • Understanding of delegation frameworks, workflow engines, and custom attribute mapping.
  • Integrate the IAM solution with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
  • Experience with automation and scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
