**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain **Okta** for single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity lifecycle management.
- Administer and enhance **IntraID** solutions to streamline user authentication and authorization.
- Manage **BeyondTrust** for privileged access management (PAM), ensuring secure access to critical systems.
- Support **SAP GRC** for access control, risk analysis, and compliance monitoring.
- Implement and enforce **User Access Management (UAM)** best practices, ensuring proper provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to align IAM policies with business requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, ensuring high availability and security.
- Perform security audits and access reviews to maintain regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, and user guides.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **3+ years** of experience in IAM, security administration, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in **Okta**, including SSO, MFA, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with **IntraID** and **BeyondTrust** for identity and privileged access management.
- Knowledge of **SAP GRC** and its role in access risk management and compliance.
- Experience with **User Access Management (UAM)**, including role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
- Familiarity with **IAM protocols** such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Strong understanding of **cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, and risk management**.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications such as **Okta Certified Administrator, BeyondTrust Certified Specialist, SAP GRC Certification, or CISSP**.
- Experience with IAM automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Knowledge of **cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM)**.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- IAM: 6 years (required)
- OKTA: 5 years (required)
