**Role Summary**:
The Access Management team seeks a high-energy, motivated individual who can take care of day-to-day operations involving Creations, Modifications and Terminations of Accounts as per the data in the HR system.

**Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 6 months-1 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related field.Strong analytical skills.Proficient in using spreadsheets and word processing software, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Excellent communication and project administration skills.Provide 12x5 support. Provide on-call 24x7 support as required for critical incidents and be Flexible.Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications (nice to haves)**:
Knowledge of IAM software, such as Microsoft Active Directory and Azure.Be able to troubleshoot IAM issues and develop creative solutions to solve problems.Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions (only required for Fulfillment Center jobs)The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
