**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Identity & Access Management**:

- Manage **user identities, roles, groups, and permissions** within the Oracle IAM framework.
- Maintain and enforce **IAM policies, access controls, and compliance standards**.
- Manage **Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)** and **Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)** models.

**2. Oracle IAM Administration**:

- Deploy, configure, and maintain **Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Directory Services (OID, OUD), and Oracle Identity Federation (OIF)**.
- Manage and troubleshoot **authentication and authorization mechanisms**, including **Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federated Identity Management**.
- Implement **Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions**, including **Access Certification, Role Management, and Workflow Approvals**.

**3. Security & Compliance**:

- Enforce **security best practices and compliance requirements** (e.g., **SOX, GDPR, HIPAA**).
- Conduct **regular access reviews, audits, and risk assessments** to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Work closely with **cybersecurity teams** to respond to security incidents and access-related vulnerabilities.

**4. System Monitoring & Troubleshooting**:

- Monitor the **performance and health** of IAM systems, ensuring **high availability and scalability**.
- Investigate and resolve **IAM-related issues, access failures, and authentication errors**.
- Perform **system upgrades, patches, and enhancements** to keep the IAM infrastructure up to date.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Security, or related field**.
- **5+ years of experience** in **Identity and Access Management (IAM)**, preferably with **Oracle IAM solutions**.
- Strong expertise in **Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Directory Services (OID, OUD), and Oracle Identity Federation (OIF)**.
- Hands-on experience with **SSO, MFA, Federated Identity Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)**.
- Familiarity with **Identity Governance (IGA)** concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of **compliance standards** (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) and **security best practices**.
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with **Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure AD, AWS IAM)**.
- Strong troubleshooting and **problem-solving** skills.
- Excellent **communication and collaboration** abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Oracle IAM certifications** (e.g., Oracle Identity Governance Suite Certification).
- Experience with **cloud-based IAM solutions and automation**.
- Scripting knowledge in **Python, Shell, or PowerShell** for automation.
- Exposure to **Zero Trust Architecture** and **Privileged Access Management (PAM)**.
