Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving cost-saving initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong vendor base, developing procurement strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely onboarding of new vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain a strong vendor base for Raw and Packaging Materials aligned with quality, cost, and service expectations.
  • Procurement Strategies: Develop procurement strategies that ensure uninterrupted supply at the best value, while mitigating supply risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D and NPD teams for timely onboarding of vendors for new materials and packaging innovations.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead price negotiations, contractual agreements, and drive cost-saving initiatives across the procurement portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field, along with 6-8 years of relevant experience in RM/PM Procurement. A working knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are also essential.

Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills, as well as the ability to lead procurement projects and influence cross-functional teams.
