Business Development Growth Specialist

As a seasoned professional in sales leadership, you will drive business expansion and revenue growth across the IT/software sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Nurture and engage leads/prospects, converting them into qualified opportunities.
  • Manage and track all opportunities across the pipeline to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and qualify new leads.
  • Define and improve the lead management process to optimize results.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of direct selling and sales management experience, with a strong background in European markets.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets year on year, with a drive for business growth across multiple verticals.
  • Strong business acumen, effective communication and presentation skills.
  • A good understanding of the software industry and ability to articulate its offerings.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
