Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Nurture and engage leads/prospects, converting them into qualified opportunities.
- Manage and track all opportunities across the pipeline to penetrate new markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and qualify new leads.
- Define and improve the lead management process to optimize results.
- 10+ years of direct selling and sales management experience, with a strong background in European markets.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets year on year, with a drive for business growth across multiple verticals.
- Strong business acumen, effective communication and presentation skills.
- A good understanding of the software industry and ability to articulate its offerings.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
