Administrative Excellence: We seek an exceptional individual to drive academic and administrative excellence as a Joint Registrar at Brainware University.

About the Role:
  • Leadership & Governance: Foster a culture of leadership and governance, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory bodies and upholding the university's reputation.
  • Academic Operations: Support the Registrar in managing establishment, examinations, admissions, and academic records, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for legal matters related to educational institutions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Meetings & Documentation: Coordinate statutory meetings and prepare official records, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Human Resources: Oversee service rules, appointments, leave records, promotions, and staff/student grievance redressal, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain administrative databases and generate reports for internal and external audits, providing actionable insights.
  • Supervision & Leadership: Guide administrative staff and ensure smooth functioning of all student/staff-related services, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree or Ph.D. (Law degree preferred)
  • 8–10 years' experience as Assistant Registrar/Deputy Registrar in a private university
  • Strong written communication skills in English (English-medium background preferred)
