Job Title: Chief Examination Strategist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the examination department as our Chief Examination Strategist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and improving the university's examination processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement examination strategies that align with university regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and conduct of all university examinations, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in the evaluation process.
  • Supervise result processing, grading, and timely declaration of results, utilizing digital tools and technologies for efficient management.
  • Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure seamless examination management and effective communication.
  • Monitor and improve the overall quality of examinations, addressing student grievances and complaints in a transparent and timely manner.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in examination processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in examination management, applying this knowledge to enhance the university's examination systems.

Requirements & Qualifications:

A Master's degree with strong academic credentials (PhD desirable) and at least 10 years of experience in examination management, preferably in higher education institutions or universities.

Demonstrated expertise in examination systems, evaluation methods, and academic regulations, coupled with strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP/systems for examination management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
