Lead Technology Strategist

This is a leadership role that involves defining and executing the company's technology strategy, roadmap, and vision in alignment with overall business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, ensuring that our technology infrastructure, systems, and products align with our business goals and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and growing a team of talented engineers, developers, and IT professionals. They will also foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability within the technology department.

Additionally, they will drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for all products and services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

They will also manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and data centers. Furthermore, they will ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime.

Finally, they will communicate technology strategy, progress, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders, acting as a technical expert and evangelist both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management or Lead Technology Strategist position.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects and products.
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms, programming languages, database technologies, DevOps practices, cybersecurity frameworks, and software development methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
