Sales Leadership Role Overview

We are looking for a sales professional to design, lead and scale our sales engine. This is a leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on the growth of the organization.

Key responsibilities include building, owning and executing the sales and revenue strategy, setting quarterly and annual revenue targets, monitoring performance against goals, driving new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.

Sales Strategy & Performance Management
  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and make data-driven decisions.
Customer Acquisition & Management
  • Identify, prospect and onboard enterprise clients across various industries.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision makers to ensure trust and repeat business.
Sales Team Building & Management
  • Hire, mentor and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive performance culture through clear KPIs, regular reviews and coaching.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Partner with leadership to design sales playbooks, pricing models and market-entry strategies.
Key Deliverables
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team of 3-5 members.
  • Achieve significant revenue growth within the first year.
  • Establish new enterprise client accounts in priority sectors.
  • Increase wallet share in existing key accounts.
