Government Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our government software sales efforts. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for driving business development and growth within the government sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the government sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the government and public sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct engagement, tenders, and empanelment processes.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant government schemes, digital transformation projects, and procurement guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) IT sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of tendering, GeM, rate contract, and bid submission processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage key accounts and drive business across complex hierarchies.
  • B.E./B.Tech or equivalent from a reputed institution.
