Leadership Role in Delivery Excellence

About the Position:

This leadership role entails overseeing a team responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to clients. The primary point of contact will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide guidance, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery team, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations. Engage in delivery governance forums, collaborating with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Lead in account mining activities, ensuring cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making. Guide and work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
Expertise Required
  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry. Good grasp of technology and product engineering to speak customer language in various discussions.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Learners who can adapt to new domain and technology necessary for the program/area of engagement.
  • Candidates must possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
  • Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
