Job Title: Commercial Field Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial action plans to expand area sales and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product and service complaints and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze business performance of IXELL workshops and optimize material costs incurred by dealers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in the automotive paint industry.
- Strong technical skills in body shop enhancement and painting.
- Knowledge of workshop/business and after-sales area sales.
