About the Role:
This leadership position oversees the development and implementation of strategies for expanding our franchise network across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results through effective team management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Collaborate with regional teams to identify high-potential markets and develop targeted expansion plans.
- Franchise Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, qualify, and onboard new franchise partners, ensuring seamless integration into our business ecosystem.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise management, or channel sales.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving aggressive sales targets, and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and business strategy development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
