Job Summary:

The Franchise Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise opportunities. The role includes evaluating offerings, generating leads and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify high-potential business regions for development.

• Build networks with competitor franchisees and assess offerings by brokers in the region.

• Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures.

• Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from acquired franchisees.

• Monitor franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.

• Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.

• Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading, reducing compliance risks and complaints. Ensure franchisees operate in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in franchise acquisition or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
