
Sales Franchise Development Specialist

This is a high-performing sales role that offers the chance to sell multiple franchise opportunities from a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands across various industries.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling 20+ franchise units during their career and possess exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
As a Franchise Development Manager, you will represent a wide range of franchise brands, identify best-fit models for entrepreneurs, facilitate negotiations, and close deals virtually without travel.
You will also be responsible for building and nurturing long-term client relationships, maintaining detailed sales reports, and collaborating with the team.
Your Responsibilities:- Represent and sell franchise opportunities from various national and regional brands.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, identifying best-fit franchise models tailored to their investment goals.
- Facilitate virtual franchise deal negotiations and closures across multiple regions.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Maintain detailed sales and lead reports using Excel.
- A minimum of 2+ years in franchise sales with 20+ franchises sold.
- Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for generating revenue and mastering multiple business sectors.
- Fluency in English, plus proficiency in regional languages depending on the market.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred.
