Center Manager-Learning Center Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the management of customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. This includes establishing performance metrics, conducting regular evaluations, providing coaching, and training to enhance team sales skills.

This role involves continuously improving the sales process, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team sales skills
  • Oversee the management of customer relationships
  • Maximize conversion leads to enrollments
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics
  • Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Understand the content development process and work with educational content across all levels
  • Develop strategies closely with franchisees and instructors to drive learner outcomes and referrals
  • Ensure franchise adherence to brand standards, policies, and compliance while acting as the bridge between franchise partner and internal team
