Retail Branch Executive

Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned executive to spearhead our retail branch operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of a team of branch managers/cluster managers to achieve targeted performance metrics.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch productivity and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure seamless execution of sales and collection functions across all branches.
  • Conduct regular field visits to provide hands-on guidance and support to branch teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in sales and collection functions within private commercial banks or large financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and/or Hindi.
