Art League Studio is a rapidly growing creative agency delivering end-to-end branding and design services.

We seek an HR and Operations Specialist who can handle hiring, manage HR functions, oversee office operations, and support the team during client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate hiring processes: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
  • Manage onboarding, maintain employee records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
  • Track leaves, attendance, and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners when required.
  • Assist founders in project tracking and team follow-up.
  • Support the creative team during client projects (scheduling, logistics, coordination).
  • Manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (agency/creative industry experience beneficial).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (English).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility across multiple functions.
