Job Role:
Strategic Client Partnership SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies to deliver suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfilment of client needs.
- Drive client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop client-specific engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain and present reports on account performance, hiring trends, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on staffing industry trends, labour market insights, and competitor activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in client relationship management, workforce staffing, and business engagement.
- Strong background in building strong client partnerships and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
