Job Role:

Strategic Client Partnership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client requirements, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies to deliver suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfilment of client needs.
  • Drive client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling staffing and recruitment services.
  • Develop client-specific engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain and present reports on account performance, hiring trends, and client feedback.
  • Stay updated on staffing industry trends, labour market insights, and competitor activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in client relationship management, workforce staffing, and business engagement.
  • Strong background in building strong client partnerships and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
