Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our partnership management efforts in driving growth and optimizing partnerships.

About the Role:

  • Identify key business opportunities for working capital finance solutions and develop strategies to acquire new partners and expand the partner network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored working capital solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities that can be leveraged to grow and optimize partnerships.
  • Structure working capital finance solutions such as supply chain financing, trade credit, factoring, invoice discounting, and lines of credit that align with partner needs.
  • Lead negotiations with partners and clients to secure agreements and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to partners on working capital finance products to ensure they are equipped to maximize benefits.
  • Track partner performance and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure partnership agreements comply with regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long-term collaborations and drive mutual growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across the partnership management function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of working capital finance products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with partners and clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships.
