Job Overview

The role of an Operations Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of a voice process, encompassing inbound, outbound, and tele-sales/customer support.

This position entails leading a team of supervisors, team leaders, and agents to meet performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily operations by effectively managing tasks and activities.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve high-performance standards through coaching and feedback.
  • Monitor call quality, customer satisfaction, and agent productivity, providing necessary guidance.
  • Implement strategies to enhance First-Call Resolution (FCR) and reduce Average Handling Time (AHT).
  • Develop training initiatives to improve communication and service delivery.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and share performance insights with management to highlight areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or call center environments, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong expertise in voice process management with excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with call center technologies, dialers, and reporting tools, as well as ability to manage performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, and attrition.
  • Willingsness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
