**Job Description:**

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a General Manager of Operations. This role will be responsible for leading a team of operations leads and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing internal stakeholders, such as finance and vendor teams, to meet customer promised timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the highest level of customer experience post-project booking until handover.
  • Serving as the primary point of escalation for regional issues and resolving them within committed ETAs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Empowering existing team members and hiring top talent to strengthen the region's team.
  • Ensuring adherence to defined process SOPs and standards for a standardized customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferred qualification: NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills, including direct team reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
