Main Responsibilities:Financial Oversight
  • Supervise financial report preparation and forecasts ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor expenditures, costs, and budget performance regularly.
  • Conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
Operational Management
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across departments through effective communication and coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Align operational activities with company goals and key performance indicators.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies by conducting regular audits and reviews.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain a high level of transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial systems and procedures.
Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business strategy and drive growth initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights on profitability, productivity, and performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business development projects.
Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Foster collaboration between finance, operations, and other departments to achieve common goals.
