We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure all project goals align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, creating contingency plans.
  • Monitor project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
