Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities.

About the Role:

  • Manage daily facility operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth functioning of MEP services and efficient housekeeping.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and service providers for timely issue resolution and proactive problem-solving.
  • Handle administrative tasks including asset management, inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Support centre teams in delivering exceptional member experience and provide strong organizational and people management skills.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in facility management/administration, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills to respond quickly to operational needs.
  • Familiarity with MEP, housekeeping, and vendor management is an added advantage.
