Job Title: Administrative Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Administrative & Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly effective in managing day-to-day functions, and provide exceptional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative duties, documentation, and record-keeping with precision and efficiency.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for seamless execution of projects.

  • Marketing Support: Provide timely updates, reports, and backend coordination to support marketing operations.
Client & Customer Coordination:
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with both international and domestic clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Support and Follow-ups: Provide responsive support and follow-ups across calls, emails, and other channels to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure service quality is maintained to meet client expectations.
