  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in process improvement, project management, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  2. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
  4. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business operations, with a focus on process improvement and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and implementation.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
